Resolution change with XRANDR

Since it's not only a problem of KDE apps, maybe kwin could save the
sizes of windows before changing the resolution and apply them when
changing back. Only problem with this approach might be, that when you
change the size of the window in the other resolution, the size will be
overwritten on back switch.

Hmm, maybe a flag to tell kwin that the size shall be stored?
