CVS will require Qt 3.3 starting on monday

But is it really going to be a problem? Qt3.3 has been around well before
KDE3.2, IIRC. So people has had quite enough time to upgrade the Qt version...

This is going the first time in which requiring the "current" Qt version is not 
going to annoy me, at least.
