CVS will require Qt 3.3 starting on monday

And people need to make sure not to check in .ui files requiring Qt 3.3 
into kdepim. That's usually the biggest issue, but also one that's fairly 
easily fixed. If only TT would fix their files to use proper versioning 
instead of that designer version crap...
