Removing warning from KDE-ICE

Hey,
the cutest hacker (for the less involved that'd be me) has got finally,
after a few years sick and tired of all the warnings KDE-ICE spills
during the compilation. Because I always log the warnings from kdelibs
somewhere I simply got bored with them.
So here's a patch fixing all the warnings in KDE-ICE. It's all casts,
printf format fixes, unused variables, signed and unsigned comparisons,
implicit declarations and lack of good candy. (or at least 5 of 6).
If you have a machine other than gnu/linux please, oh please do check it
to make sure all the warnings are gone.
