The expected dcop name for kweatherservice is "kweatherservice" but it
registers as "KWeatherService", so KLauncher does not see it getting
registered and when the application then exists is assumes it crashed or
something.
To solve add the following line to kweatherservice.desktop:
X-DCOP-ServiceName=KWeatherService
