Restructuring the Quanta module

With respect to moving dirs around, is KDE planning on switching to
subversion after svn 1.0 releases? It is currently scheduled for release
on Feb 23, 2004. svn is able to deal with file/dir moves and other things
like setting files executable, without needing server side changes. It
also versions those changes so old checkouts will still work correctly.
