Not quite arbitrary, as they need to collaborate with Quanta (usable inside 
Quanta). This means either they provide a KPart or they are (DCOP) 
scriptable, thus can be controlled from outside.

kdewebdev sounds the best from here. We had an idea (kdewdk - KDE Web 
Developer's Kit), but that might be too cryptic. Eric had a point, that the 
module quanta is already known for the world, but he was open to make a poll 
about. So we collect names now. ;-)

I don't know, but they might be using some Konqueror specific interfaces, thus 
depend on kdebase, which is not good for us.
