We talked about this long ago, I think, with Thiago. On FreeBSD-CURRENT,
EAI_NODATA has been / was going to be deprecated, so code that uses it no
longer compiles. This patch makes it compile by checking for the existence of
EAI_NODATA and mapping it to NONAME where needed. It's not a showstopper for
BRANCH, and it could live in FreeBSD's ports for the time being. Eventually,
though, it will need to be applied in KDE CVS.
