Err, well, I can only say I have not received that reply.  

About =full being a bit much, I'm building debug packages, and it's
meant to be much.  As I said, this patch does not have any effect on
the normal KDE packages.

I don't really know which of the Debian packagers has commit rights
there, but I'll be sure to ask next time.  Sorry bout that
