[PATCH]Avoid SIGFPE on alpha

Hi,

What do you think about the following patch ?  It is supposed to fix
dbug:203722 , although I don't have an alpha machine I can check
on. It makes the configure scripts check for alpha machines and add
-mieee to the CFLAGS and CXXFLAGS.  It uses code from one of the
debian-alpha people.  More information about the problem can be found
in the debian bug report.

Can anyone with commit rights to acinclude.m4.in please check this,
and see if it can be committed to KDE_3_2_BRANCH and HEAD ?
