Respecting peoples applications and not going "poking" without permission is
of course important. But letting a matter like this being an decision up to
each individual developer is like making it optional if one should write
correct c++ syntax, or not, IMHO.

Sure, I put it in the bit bucket. But one thing for sure - we will never get
rid of our Id tags.
