A humble packager's request: Retire kdeaddons.

Yes, it takes a very large amount of time to split out packages. Debian
does it but has burned out around 4 developers so far in the process.
The KDE sources should be split upstream imho it would be much easier to
deal with properly split sources than to try to split them after the
fact.
