No. To be precise: Not to anybody who happens to be in possession of
the binary version, but only those whom you have personally given
those. (Of course, if you offer the binary versions for public,
anonymous download, you need to offer the sources the same way.) If
you ship binary and sources combined, you don't need to guaranteed
source availability for later times. If you ship binary on its own,
you need to guarantee source availability (*in the same version*)
for 3 (?) years...
