To me, personally, it looks ok, but I have absolutely no rights to "ok" that 
patch. Ask Christian Esken one (more?) time and then commit, I would say.

Sorry, I know how annoying it is when people just ignore someone's patches.. I 
myself have a heap of patches people have forgotten to apply(despite explicit 
"I will apply"..), haven't responded to etc, etc...
