Move wallpapers instead (was: Re: Moving kdcop)

This didn't stop us from doing it last time anyway :)
But the fact was that we planned to switch the default to one of the large
pics but got about no feedback so stopped it - hoping we still get some
feedback so we can reconsider for 3.2.x
