if for one second you think that kdcop is needed to use out of the box KDE 
then you are sorely mistaken and should be sentenced to a thousand years with 
people forced to use your software ;)

now if you think kdcop is a neat tool to extend you kde, then march on over to 
kde sdk where the rest of the tools to hack on KDE are located.  IMHO its 
much better to have it there than hidden in KDE base, or inappropriately 
displayed on a stock install.

im assuming this is the email im suppose to reply to about normal humans or 
something...  

note this is just defense of my rationale... not authority on the subject... 
feel free to ignore or contradict me... but in my mind i still make sense ;)
