im not sure where this came out of but hey, i asked my wife (someone who seems 
to think she is normal) if she was suppose to use KHotkeys... she basicly 
told me to shut up and do the dishes ;)

Im not sure rational sense applies here, since its been ignored so far, but 
its as follows:
	KDCOP is not needed for normal out of the box operations for KDE
	KDCOP is used to extend KDE in a method that mostly programmers and sysadmins 
will use.
	KDCOP is not accessed from the kmenu, and is only used by those who know 
about it (shallow, but a point none the less)

	So with all these givins im going to say KDE SDK makes the most sense.  If 
you wish to extend KDE, then kdesdk seems the most rational place to start... 
right?  Note that this is just my logic so its prone of caffine, fits of 
nastagla and otherwise a warped view of the world, so take if for what its 
worth.

meanwhile im going to weed through this thread and try to figure what you 
where trying to tell me...
