editor/KSpell-Question

Hi everyone,

I noticed something in the cooperation between the editor component (e.g. in 
Kate or in KBabel) and KSpell that I would not consider to be right:

The text editor highlights words in red, where

1) KSpell says that this is not right 
AND
2) KSpell has a suggestion.

When you do the complete check (the icon with the green check), then you get a 
spell check dialog that ALSO presents those words where

1) KSpell says that this is not right
AND
2) KSpell does NOT have a suggestion.

I am using KDE 3.3 with aspell 0.6

Is this difference intentional or accidental? ("Is this a bug or a feature?")

I would say that this is a bug:
When you mix your main language with e.g. English, you do not get immediate 
feedback when a word is totally misspelled, or when the dictionary is not 
complete. Using the spell check dialog is not an option, because it will flag 
everything that is English. Going through that is a real pain, e.g. when you 
are proofreading desktop_kdelibs.po with all the English names in it. You 
know that "name=" is wrong, but when you want to check the country names, 
then every entry will cause a pop up with a suggestion to change "Name=" into 
"Naam=". 

My questions:
1) Is this really the desired behaviour, or is this limited to KSpell with 
aspell? (I am only using aspell for Low Saxon, so I would like to ask you 
about other combinations.)
2) If this is not desired: Where would be the right place in the code to 
change that?
3) If we decide to change that: could we still do that for KDE 3.4?
