How did akregator come into kdepim?

It shouldn't actually. As was discussed on this list, akregator (as a whole)
has dependencies on kdepim - that point is moot since the application now is
IN kdepim - and kdebase (for the konq-plugin, which I assume George put in
kdeaddons as previously discussed).
