[PATCH] libkonsolepart -fvisibility

When opening an embedded terminal emulator in konqeror it complains 
that "The library libkonsolepart does not offer an 
init_libkonsolepart function." Embedded konsoles fail in Kate too

Attached is a small patch against kdebase/konsole to export 
init_libkonsolepart. Is KDE_EXPORT the correct way to export this 
symbol? - I'm not a KDE/C++ expert, but it seems to work OK here.
