KTabWidget resize patch version 2

I've improved my KTabWidget automatic resize tab patch.

This version keeps binary compatibility by using the private member
class, it correctly keeps track of the tab names and it resizes when
the KTabWidget is resized (e.g. when the window is resized).

Comments and testers welcome.
