well, the user's _first_ impression of this feature is a button in the 
background dialog that says "Get New Wallpapers". if you can't figure it out 
from that, there are larger problems at play ;-)

because it isn't KDE-Look, or even artwork, specific. KOrganizer has used 
KNewStuff for some time to provide an easy way to grab events calendars, for 
instance.
