Hello,
I have done (some long time ago) the initial kdenonbeta/kio_svn/ which
was then bugfixed by some other people (thanks ! :)
basically it's a kioslave linked with subversion to work with subversion
repositories coming with a kded module to prompt the user for some
informations (like passwords, commits logs etc ...)
It seems to work pretty well in kdevelop and developers are asking for it.
It still lacks some features to help working with branches etc but
that's not a big issue and should be quickly improved.
Making Kdevelop depends on kdenonbeta does not look pretty reasonable,
so I (and some kdevelop people) think it would be great if we could move
it to kdesdk (looks better than in kdevelop since as it's a ioslave
other apps could benefit from it) and kdevelop already depends on kdesdk
for CVS and other things.
It would also add an optional dependency on subversion (>=0.37.0) in kdesdk.
Comments ?
(If it's okay I would ask a CVS guru to do the move for me on the server :)
Cheers,
Mik
