To save everyone some time, this is about where to install header files, with
a proposal for ${prefix}/include/<something>/<version>/*.h
where <something> is the module, library, or application name.
We do it a little bit already, but not consistently.
Not sure what kdecore and kdeui should do in that scheme though.
