Yes, all the KCMs too, of course(but like someone cares about unsexy work). I 
replaced 3 KCMs with kdebase/kdepasswd/kcm and it uses KConfigXT, other than 
that, dunno.

What I replied about this in another thread, is perhaps useful:

We need a KConfigXT solution for kdeglobals first to avoid duplicate work, I 
think.
