I have libtunepimp-0.3.0 installed, which works fine.  Just for fun, I checked 
the tp_c.h included with libtunepimp-0.3.0, and there are only two arguments 
to tp_AddFile() in that header.  It looks like 0.4.0 isn't going to be source 
compatible with 0.3.x, so I would recommend downgrading libtunepimp, as it 
would be non-trivial to add the mojo needed to work with both at this 
point. :-(

Can however is responsible for the requirements page please make explicit the 
fact that libtunepimp-0.3.x is required?
