[patch] Fix for critical bug in Solaris

I didn't even know I had this bug (85995) assigned to me. The email must 
have been lost somehow and I found it by chance.

This very simple patch moves KNetwork::Internal::initStandardWorkers to 
outside the #ifdef HAVE_GETADDRINFO.
