[PATCH] Fix fontconfig test in kdelibs/kinit

Hi guys,

Firstly this patch is based on kdebase/kcontrol/fonts/configure.in.in . The problem is that current check in kdelibs/kinit only checks for fontconfig-config and new fontconfig releases use pkg-config thus no longer provides fontconfig-config script.

Patch is attached.
