[PATCH] crash fix for nsplugins

   Is it ok to commit this patch to nsplugins and KHTML (they go together in a 
sense) HEAD and branch to fix the crashes I reported here earlier this week?  
Patches were kindly donated by Koos since I had no opportunity to fix them.  
The crashes are visible with sites which have plugins that use liveconnect, 
and I believe in particular delete the plugin with liveconnect from the 
plugin.
