I also notice that some times I have to wait a lot and/or try to logout again 
until it really logs me out. I usually have KMail, Kate, KDevelop3, 
Konqueror, Konsole and KPPP running. I don't know which stops or halts the 
logout, but it happens let's say at every second logout. (Yes, I log out and 
shut down the PC when I don't work on it.)
