Rebuilding ksycoca for apps with differing settings or bypassing it altogether 
to rely on the files that make sycoca is too slow I'm afraid :(

Would be nice to have a 'fingerprint' on the value of KDEDIRS and the md5sum 
of /etc/kderc and have a sycoca per fingerprint...
