if you mean that the frame shows/hides on mouse over/out that is 
intentional ... i didn't really see the need for it personally, but those who 
use the panel in such a configuration put forth some fairly good reasoning 
for it ...

already known, already fixed locally.. i have a few kicker fixes locally 
waiting for the weekend (which is finally here) for me to be able to test...
