[PATCH] Add accessors for automatic to KDictSpellingHighlighter

Hi,

as you might have noticed the automatic deactivation of as-you-type
spell checking in case of too many mispelled words was removed in
KMail. It was replaced by explicite (de)activation via a toolbar
button. Dirk (and Coolo?) asked me on #kmail to re-introduce the
automatic deactivation. The only sane way to do this is to add
accessors to the automatic property of KDictSpellingHighlighter which
is what this patch does.

Okay to commit?

Regards,
Ingo
