"Folder" or "Directory"?

Hello,

The French Translation Team is in favour of the harmonization of "folder" / 
"directory" to "folder".

Our internal translation rules (after long discussions) are already to 
translate "folder" and "directory" to one French word "dossier". If the 
English original stick to our rules, the better and it won't add much work to 
our team if the changes are done before the message freeze.
