Those two are lagely orthogonal. I can still use parsed entities to 
represent the responsible element, just as I could conceiveably use 
them for something else.

So all I'd like to know whether the file is OK to commit if xmlint does 
not complain or if I'm not allowed to define new parsed enties in the 
internal subset.
