Hi,

Neil Stevens was previously the maintainer of kcmenergy. I am happy to become 
the maintainer of this if nobody object, since it is semi-related to 
screensavers etc.

If nobody minds I'll change the maintainership in bugzilla in a few days 
(though there are only a few open bugs for it anyway).
