konqi issues with html

Hi,
	How do i view html files again with konqi.  When I try it cannot find the 
khtml service.  
konqueror: makeViewsFollow KonqView url=http://dot.kde.org/ serviceType=text/

Is the error.  From what I can tell there is a service desktop file there, and 
it looks like the part is there...  Is anyone else seeing this?  I have this 
on all my systems here after my first rebuild in a week.
