"Folder" or "Directory"?

I would expect it to create a standard "folder"/"directory" - as konqueror
has no idea as to the contents of that folder. It only becoames a "maildir"
folder when used/created by a mail aware app. The "New Folder" option is *not*
labled "New Mail Folder"
