Perhaps a little note from one who is reading the mails regularly to be up to 
date on whats going on to the one editing kde-features.xml:

Please add a short note which program/part is affected by your change.
It isn't very easy to distinguish between changes that affect interesting 
(from the point of the reader) programs from the ones only affecting these 
strange multimedia-guys.

And perhaps its also easier for our release-head-of-the-funk...
