Hi
- From my experience, talking with people who use e-mail in their daily job in a
bigger environment than the 20 friends for a home user (a bigger 2000 ppl
organisation), this is a _big_ improvement. The old dialog caused several
people to ask idependently why such a good and feature rich mail program has
such a bad address selection. Especially the direct distribution lists were
high on the wishlist.
I vote strongly against removing it again. Just some thoughts about it while
we are here.
- - moving the "Recent Addresses" on top would help in workflow IMHO. but this
is "M"y "H"umble opinion ;)
- - making the dialog to remeber it's state is very much needed. Having to
resize it everytime is not really helping with getting used to it.
Just my 2ct
MfG
Rainer
P.S. Whith "vacation" settings and IMAP filters every "high rate" wish for
KMail would be implemented (aside from the Exchange replacement but this was
an admin wish ;) but they are planned so I am gladly looking forward to
them ;)
