Special Cursor rotated 90 degree

Sorry, I've currently no HTTP access to do a bugzilla, and it
may be another 3 days before I have....

I noticed that the current CVS has one of the special
cursors displayed wrongly: it is 90 degrees rotated.

It occurs in KDEPrint. Try to start "kprinter" -->
"Properties" --> "Text" tab --> "Margins" --> "Use
custom margins"

You can drag and draw the margins with the mouse. Cursor
changes if you do. Vertical and horizontal margins display
the cursor 90 degree rotated....

It looks like

    ^
    |
   ===
    |
    v

at vertical margin lines, when it should be looking

    ||
<--||-->
    ||

and vice versa...

This also occurs in other apps (can't remember which)
so it doesn't seem a KDEPrint-specific problem).

Cheers,
Kurt [grateful if a kind soul puts this into bugs.kde.org
         so it doesn't get lost....]
