[Patch for review] KCModuleLoader & ASSERT: "!name.isEmpty()" in kinstance.cpp (73)

The attached patch gets rid of these annoying kinstance asserts by passing a 
name when loading a KCModule when no name was provided so far. The previous 
module loader did so already.
