I don't think the KDE project has a 'position' on .net and Mono. But speaking 
personally as a KDE bindings author, if someone comes along and does some C# 
and/or VB bindings for KDE, that would be great, and I'd be only too happy to 
help out.

You'd be best to ask the maintainer about that (Adam Treat?). But I think it 
really needs some more 'concrete people' and ideas, rather than any abstract 
intentions of support :). Please subscribe to the kde-bindings list if you'd 
like to discuss any technical issues further - that's really the best place 
to do it. So I've cc'd this mail to there.
