As they are used for konqueror/kate sidebar (and for similar purpose in kexi) 
they won't clash with stephan's classes I guess. And they would remove the 
build dep of konqueror -> kate/lib (and remove code dup. in kexi). If kdeui 
shouldn't be bloated more, move them to kutils, together with kmdi would fit 
well there I guess (keeping in mind that the three named apps link against 
kutils allready (hmm, not sure about kexi thought)).
