kmultitabbar (kate/lib) -> kdelibs ?

Hi

There are at least to copies of my kmultitabbar in cvs (kdebase/kate/lib
and koffice/kexi). I think I saw it used somewhere else too. I did a
small api cleanup and fixed a few issues. Would it be possible to move
it to kdelibs/kdeui, as long as it is possible to replace all existing
copies with one single class, before they possibly diverge ? I think
that class could be used in gideon's IDEA like mode too later on.

Any objections, ideas, flames,....?
