KURL missed malformed string

Hi,

I created a KURL with the string "ptal://mlc:usb:PC_970" which is
malformed (at least I guess so). However, KURL::isMalformed() returns
false and the stored URL is then converted to
"ptal://mlcusb:PC_970". The first colon has disappeared. Is this
normal?
