Moving QExtMDI to kdelibs

I don't like this type of MDI either, but it's true that QExtMDI supports it. 
But we can reach a consensus about what and how to put it into kdelibs. We 
may write in the API docs and in the style guide, that this is not 
recommended or forbidden. As I saw right now QExtMDI cannot dock/undock the 
windows when it's in tabbed MDI mode, but I'm pretty sure that this can be 
fixed/implemented. And this would be a real benefit, as users of applications 
doing tabbed MDI will suddenly be able to undock their windows from the 
tabwidget and let the window manager to handle their position, move to 
whatever desktop they like and such.
