Well, I did not think enough when picking an example user. Off course it would 
be difficult for low-visioned people to use a low-contrast poorly backlit low 
resolution handheld device. I just wanted to make you see possible 
accessibility constraints with this timeout.

It is up to you to decide whether all people who use a handheld can read, 
understand the question, decide and navigate with their mouse fast enough (30 
seconds are not long). If that is the case a fixed timeout might be ok.
