[PATCH] Karbon, not Kontour in KDE Bugs

The attached patch is for the file bugs/bugz/wizard_config.pl

In the default application list for a new bug, The dead Kontour is still 
listed but the replacing application Karbon is not listed. This patch changes 
it.

Could somebody with enough karma commit it? Thank you in advance!
