Replace KcmFontinst with kio_fonts

Uhmmm, XFree86 isn't the X server of choice for some of the platforms KDE 
supports. And requiring users to upgrade so they can get colored cursors and 
new XRender functionality we don't even use is, IMHO, excessive. 

/me ponders trying to do something to make icons look nicer w/o XRender.
